Returns


UK Returns are free and easy!

 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so free of charge. We promise to refund any item you return to us within 28 days of your purchase date.

 

To return your items simply follow the below steps:

1.     Repackage the item in the original packaging with your returns form enclosed.

2.     Peel off your returns label and attach it to the front of your parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.

3.     Simply return your package to any Royal Mail Post Office branch and keep the receipt.


Please retain a receipt / proof of postage from your local post office as we may require the tracking number.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed.

 

USA Returns

You can return any items within 28 days of receipt, unfortunately the returns will be made at your own cost.

International Returns

You can return any items within 28 days of receipt, Unfortunately the returns will be made at your own cost.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not currently accept exchanges. You can return your item to us for a refund, and place a new order to get the item of your choice.
